In the article “Why are Children Becoming obese?” written by David kreft. Describers three main reasons why children are becoming over weight. The author states, many children are becoming over weight because of their eating habits, lack of exercise and not getting enough sleep. Moreover, the author point out, that overweight parent are less likely to control their kids eating disorder because they cannot control them self as well.

Many researchers have shown that it is easier to gain weight than losing weight. People who eat unhealthy food are more likely to gain more weight and developed health problems. For example, in America many people do not makes their own meals at home. They spend lot of money on junk food, fast food or eating on the restaurant. Parent who are overweight are more likely to influence their children on bad eating habits. For instance, when parents are overweight usually their kids are overweight as well compared to those who are healthy. In today’s generation, obesity has causes a negative impact in many people’s life.
However, a critical look of the article being discussed can help reveal many things. For instance, when we talk about exercising and controlling our eating habits, it is easier to say than do. Many people tried to be on diet and to exercise but sometimes it seems to be impossible to control their eating habits. There are some people who can eat anything they want.
